Human Resources Executive

We're looking for an experienced HR Executive to manage the full HR function for our PME (Professional/Manager/Executive) headcount and support our Malaysia subsidiary. This role suits someone who enjoys owning end-to-end HR processes and is comfortable working across two countries.

Job Scope

• Work pass administration for PMEs
• Recruitment, screening, and onboarding coordination
• Performance appraisals and compensation reviews
• Training and career development coordination
• HR policy and handbook management
• Group insurance administration
• Payroll processing for PMEs, including Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance
• Supporting company-wide HR initiatives and employee engagement

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in HR or a related field
• Minimum 3-4 years of HR generalist experience
• Prior exposure to Malaysia payroll and statutory compliance preferred
• Familiar with HRMS platforms
• Organised and able to manage compliance deadlines across two jurisdictions
