QC Technician (CMM Machine)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for quality assurance of incoming materials inspection.

• Authorized to stop production or delivery if any nonconformance is observed during process/final inspection.

• Perform final inspection and maintain product quality standards requested by the customer

• Dispose of waste generated in a proper manner

• Perform regular housekeeping to ensure a clean work area

• Perform in-house calibration activities as per the calibration plan

• Prepare QA reports for all outgoing products

• Raise NCR reports for nonconforming products.
  

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

• Experience using Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) software.

• Ability to analyse and interpret CMM measurement data.

• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments such as callipers, micrometres, profile projectors, and other inspection equipment.

• Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Able to collaborate across teams and manage multiple tasks.
