JOB SCOPE

• Handle inbound customer calls and enquiries.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues.
• Make outbound calls and follow up when required.
• Update customer records and call details.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant team.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Customer service or call centre experience preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient, customer-focused and able to handle enquiries professionally.
• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
