Group Total Quality Management Executive (GTQM) - Beverage/ West (URGENT) #HZO

Location: Tuas (Walking distance from Tuas Link MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.00 am to 5.15 pm)

Job Scope:
• Group Quality Performance Dashboard:
Collaborate with all Business Units (BUs) to collate and analyze monthly quality data for performance trend analysis and develop quarterly governance action plans.
• Continuous Improvement:
Work with BUs on external audits, Request For Change (RFC), and quality risk assessments to identify improvement areas and promote a strong food safety culture within the organization.
• GTQM Resource Database Management:
Maintain and update resource documents for Group TQM and BUs. Manage user access requests and approval matrices in line with requirements.
• Document Maintenance:
Support the creation and upkeep of Group R&D policies, guidelines, and procedures aligned with international standards.
• Vendor Qualification:
Assess and qualify new or alternative suppliers for raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM), including document reviews, supplier liaison, technical assessments, and audits.
• Process Qualification (PQ):
Design and execute sterility test plans, cleaning and sanitation (CIP), and hygiene verification before approving production lines for commercial runs.
• Quality Plan Development:
Develop, maintain, and align Quality Plans across all Business Units, ensuring consistency and compliance with quality standards.
• Other Assignments:
Undertake additional projects or assignments as required to meet business objectives.

Job Requirements:
• Min. Degree holder in Food Technology, Food Science or any relevant field
• Min. 3- 5 years QA/QC working experience in dairies / beverage industry
• Possess knowledge and experience in food packaging qualification, certified lead auditor are added advantages
