Costing Engineer

What you'll be doing

• Execute project related cost control activities in accordance with client contract requirements, project specifications, in alignment with internal procedures

• Develop budget plan to monitor and control the expenditures for the duration of the project

• Works with the execution team to prepare estimates for clients

• Identify and quantify cost factors, such as production time, materials, and labor expenses

• Generate and issue the project monthly client/internal forecast report

• Accountable for project cash and currency forecasting in close cooperation with Finance Controller

• Responsible for project cost close out report and submitting experience data to Estimating.

• Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills

• Possess self-motivation, proactive, resourceful and hands-on with good initiative.

• Independent worker who is able to work well with minimal supervision.

• Fast worker with ability to work well under stress.

We’re looking for

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Engineering or equivalent

• Min. 2 years relevant and similar experience in project estimating and cost controlling

• Knowledge in the use of MS office
