Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement workplace safety policies and procedures in compliance with WSH regulations.
• Conduct regular workplace inspections, safety audits, risk assessments and equipment checks.
• Lead workplace accident investigations and recommend appropriate preventive measures.
• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings and safety training for site personnel.
• Participate in safety committee meetings and other WSH-related activities.
• Maintain safety records, reports, documentation and other administrative matters.

Requirements

• MOM-registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the construction industry.
• Experience in confined space work and PUB projects is required.
• Willing to work night shifts when required.
• Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and responsible attitude.
• Possess own vehicle for work-related duties.
