Job Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their flooring requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Introduce flooring products, features, and benefits to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer enquiries.
• Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Arrange delivery and installation schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Follow up with customers after project completion to ensure satisfaction.
• Support social media marketing activities and respond to online customer enquiries.
• Maintain sales records, project documentation, and perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience
• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in the flooring industry will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skill, interpersonal, and customer service skills will be an advantage.
• Sales-driven with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
