Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full project life cycle for MRT/transport infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards.
• Oversee site operations, project planning, coordination, and execution in accordance with LTA specifications, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Manage project teams, including consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, to achieve project milestones and performance targets.
• Monitor and control project budgets, progress, schedules, and cost variations.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace safety, quality assurance, and environmental requirements.
• Liaise with LTA, consultants, and relevant authorities to promptly resolve project and technical issues.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering teamwork, accountability, and professional development.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in MRT infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of LTA project requirements, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
