Industrial Building Projects | East Region

Responsibilities

• Manage the full spectrum of quantity surveying and commercial activities for industrial building projects.
• Handle post-contract administration, including progress claims, variations, EOT and final accounts.
• Prepare and review subcontractor packages, including tender evaluation, negotiation and awards.
• Monitor project costs, budgets, cash flow and commercial performance.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers on contractual and commercial matters.
• Review contracts, identify commercial risks and provide appropriate mitigation.
• Prepare monthly cost reports, forecasts and commercial reports for management.
• Liaise with the Project Manager, consultants, clients and subcontractors to resolve commercial issues.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant Quantity Surveying experience with a main contractor.
• Strong experience in industrial building / building construction projects.
