Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment in accordance with established operational and process requirements.
• Perform material loading and unloading activities while adhering to material handling procedures and standard operating guidelines.
• Work within a controlled production environment and comply with all required safety, quality, and workplace procedures.
• Handle, sort, count, pack, and transfer materials and products across designated production areas.
• Support production operations through material staging, inventory movement, tracking, and coordination activities.
• Carry out general operational duties including packing, unpacking, material consolidation, and waste or scrap handling activities.
• Maintain accurate records and promptly report operational issues, safety concerns, or equipment abnormalities.
Requirements
• Relevant educational qualifications, training, or work experience in manufacturing, production, operations, logistics, or related environments.
• Ability to understand work instructions, operating procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts where required by operational needs.
• Ability to perform tasks that may involve standing for extended periods and carrying out manual handling activities in accordance with workplace safety practices.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with production systems would be advantageous.
