CHEF DE PARTIE

Role Overview:
As a Chef De Partie, you will play a key role in executing our diverse menu with precision and flair. You will manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food preparation, presentation, and hygiene. This is an excellent opportunity to enhance your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

• Prepare and cook dishes according to menu specifications and quality standards.
• Oversee and manage your kitchen station efficiently.
• Ensure all ingredients and supplies are fresh and well-stocked.
• Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with the sous chef and executive chef to develop new dishes.
• Mentor and support junior kitchen staff.
• Assist with inventory control and minimize food waste.

What We Are Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Chef De Partie or in a similar role.
• Culinary diploma or relevant certification is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality dishes.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
