Technical Manager, Architectural

• Lead technical documentation & coordination: Own the production and quality of technical drawings and documentation across large, complex architectural projects, working closely with project leadership.
• Resolve cross-discipline technical issues: Act as the go-to for advanced coordination challenges between disciplines, ensuring documentation stays consistent and compliant across teams.
• Manage regulatory submissions: Lead authority submission packages and liaise directly with regulators on technical queries, drawing on strong knowledge of local codes and statutory processes.
• Support and drive digital delivery on BIM (Revit) workflows and support the integration of digital tools into project delivery.
• Mentor and upskill colleagues, raising technical delivery standards across the group.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Architectural, Civil, or related Design Discipline
• At least 7-10 year of prior experience in an Architectural or Professional Engineering Consultancy
• Strong knowledge of Corenet submission; the ability to properly perform submissions is crucial
