Key Responsibilities
- Lead T&C for fire alarm and integrated life safety systems
- Conduct functional and integrated testing (C&E, BMS, suppression, smoke control, lifts, etc.)
- Prepare commissioning plans, reports, and documentation
- Manage commissioning schedule and site activities
- Supervise engineers/technicians and coordinate with contractors and consultants
- Ensure compliance with SS 645, Fire Code, and SCDF standards
- Support authority inspections and system handover
- Troubleshoot and resolve system faults
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or related field
- Min. 2-5 years in fire alarm commissioning
- Knowledge of SS 645, Fire Code, SCDF requirements, and system integration
- Strong troubleshooting, coordination, and communication skills
Advantage
- Experience in SCDF inspection & handover
- Knowledge of BMS integration (Modbus/BACnet)
- Experience in large-scale projects in Singapore
