Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quantity take-off and cost estimation of tenders / projects
- Prepare tender submission
- Sourcing, evaluate and negotiate with specialists, suppliers and subcontractors
- Prepare and follow up monthly progress claims in timely manners
- Finalize project accounts with clients and subcontractors
- Any other tasks as assigned by superior
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma or degree holder in Building / Quantity Surveying / Civil / Structural Engineering
- 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience in Construction sector
- Candidates with substantial years of experience will be considered for the position of Senior Quantity Surveyor
- Good knowledge of construction sequences and material trends
- Independent with excellent problem solving skills, detailed and a good team player
- Salary package commensurate with experience
