Job Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant and ensure smooth service
- Lead and supervise the service and kitchen teams
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower
- Ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, cleanliness, and hygiene
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory, place stock orders, and control operating costs
- Train and guide staff on SOPs and service standards
- Prepare sales reports and support business performance
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience of restaurant management experience
- Location: Orchard
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
- Working Days: 5.5/6 days (On shift, total 39-44 working hours per week)
- Salary: Up to $4800
