Facilities Operation (Maintenance & Facility Support)
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, troubleshoot issues and coordinate corrective works
- Maintain clear communication with centre staff and provide updates on maintenance progress and timelines
- Support workplace safety and ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements
- Conduct scheduled walkthroughs and regular preventive maintenance
- Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and improve operational efficiency across the centres
Facilities Operation (Renovation)
- Project Planning and Initiation
- Develop structured renovation project plan based on funder guidelines and centres’ needs (scopes, timelines, budgets, and specifications)
- Prepare and evaluate procurement documents including Invitation to Quote/Tender proposals, review quotation and recommend vendor selection in line with procurement requirements
- Liaise with funder and other bodies to secure project and funding approval
- Project Coordination and Execution
- Supervise renovation works and ensure work is carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and safety requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, centre staff and other stakeholders to ensure timely project completion with minimal disruptions to operations
- Compliance and Documentation
- Ensure all works comply with BCA, SCDF, MOH, and other regulatory standards
- Maintain full project documentation for audit trail
- Prepare reports to update internal management and MOH on project progress and fund utilisation
- Post-Project and Handover
- Conduct joint inspections and ensure defects are rectified
- Facilitate project handover
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma Holder in Building, Project Management, Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities support and project management
- Experience in government-funded project documentation or reporting is advantageous
- Hands-on, proactive and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to manage internal and external stakeholders
