Job Summary

Join as a Recruitment Business Partner to source, manage and retain your own clients, with future potential for recurring business, and also to start your own recruitment agency company. The role is completely flexible, and freelance basis, and no experience is required, as ZecruitX will onboard you with 16 years of business experience to navigate and succeed in this Recruitment Business Partner venture which include client sourcing and retaining, candidate screening, interview coordination, and work pass processing, supporting recruitment across healthcare, construction, processing, and food industries.

Responsibilities

• Process work pass applications and issuance for successful candidates to ensure compliance and timely approval
• Screen and shortlist candidates to identify suitable applicants for client requirements
• Prepare, arrange, and coordinate interviews to facilitate efficient hiring processes
• Manage embassy documentation and migrant domestic helper workflows to support candidate placement
• Use communication tools such as WhatsApp, iPhone, iCloud, Google Chrome, and Mac OS to maintain candidate and client interactions
• Work independently to meet recruitment targets and deadlines with minimal supervision
• Maintain organized and meticulous records of recruitment activities and candidate information

Required competencies and certifications

• Possess CEI Basic or KAH certification as a mandatory requirement for processing work passes

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience recruiting for healthcare, construction, processing, or food industries is advantageous
• Experience with migrant domestic helper workflows and embassy documentation processes
• Demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with candidates and clients
