- Own and deliver end to end business SOPs based on BWLs published.
- Translate L3 BWLs to business process mapping.
- Identify and build pre and post requisite business activities for new functionality.
- Reviewing IBM technical training documents.
- Building business process training documents.
- Combining technical and business training documents for relevant users, customers and suppliers.
- Assist with delivering training materials and maintain training support during hyper care period.
- Coordinate responsibilities and action required between OTC, PTM, RTR, PTP, MDM, Reporting to relevant stakeholders.
