Responsibilities:
- Assisting clinic flow and day to day operations
- Perform basic treatment modalities with training provided
- Explain treatment programs
- Managing patients' appointments
- Administration duties
- Attending to patient queries and incoming calls
- Handling payments and billings
- Maintain a clean and welcoming clinic environment
Requirements:
- Able to work both weekends (5 days work week)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer literacy
- Working experience in healthcare / hospitality / sales settings is preferred. Training will be provided
- Team work, organised, multi-tasking, enthusiastic and motivated
