Job Description & Requirements

Working location: Beach Road

Working hour: 9am to 6pm

Job Description

• Assists in department daily routine.

• Handle data entry and clerical duties.

• Verify invoices and other accounting documents or records to ensure all are accurately posted into the accounting system.

• Work closely with internal departments on billing processes and ensure prompt follow-up on all invoicing matters.

• Perform good customer service.

• Perform stock control and follow up on office maintenance.

• Answer telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner

• Ad hoc duties that are assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma in IT/Computer related discipline
