Responsibilities

Captain

• Supervised and supported junior service staff to ensure smooth operations during shifts.

• Assigned service sections and coordinated floor operations to maintain efficient service flow.

• Ensured consistent adherence to service standards, company SOPs, and operational procedures.

• Served as the key liaison between management and the service team, facilitating effective communication.

• Assisted with the training, onboarding, and development of new service staff.

Cook

• Prepare and cook food according to recipes and company standards.

• Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and taste.

• Monitor food stock levels and inform the supervisor of shortages.

• Store and handle ingredients in accordance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and workstations.
