Junior Sommelier (Sky Dining, Bar& Lounge l Nightlife, with transport)

Summary

• Salary $3500

• 5 days, 44hrs per week (Rotating shift, based on roaster)
  Operating hours
  Sunday – Tuesday: 11 AM – 1 AM
  Wednesday – Friday: 11 AM – 3 AM
  Saturday & Eve of Public Holiday: 11 AM – 4 AM
  (Company transportation provided for night shift staff)

• Industry: Rooftop restaurant and bar, at 6th floor 

• Location: Short walking distance from City Hall mrt

• Fulltime role, Yearly Bonus provided

Responsibilities

• Recommend wines and beverages, and provide wine pairing suggestions to guests.

• Serve wine and beverages following proper presentation and service standards.

• Supervise daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Lead, train, and support the service team to deliver excellent customer service.

• Monitor wine inventory, stock levels, and ensure proper storage of wines and beverages.

• Handle guest enquiries, resolve service issues, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, company policies, and service quality standards.

Requirements

• Preferably with experience in restaurant, bar, or fine dining environment, wine knowledge or WSET certification is an advantage

• Able to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays
