Quantity Surveyor (M&E)

Our Client is a leading Civil Contractor that provides engineering & construction for Civil & Infrastructure projects. With increasing projects in the pipeline locally & overseas, they are seeking experienced and professional individuals to join their local team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the complete range of M&E Quantity Surveyor duties, including tender preparation, pre-contract activities, and post-contract administration. This includes reviewing contracts, performing quantity take-offs, preparing bills of quantities, and selecting subcontractors, with a focus on M&E disciplines.
• Manage contract and subcontract administration, including preparing progress claims, handling variation orders, and verifying claims from subcontractors and suppliers

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience as an M&E Quantity Surveyor.
• Experience in a QS consultancy environment.
• Strong technical expertise in measurement, cost estimation, construction technology, contracts, and legal aspects.
• Proficient in professional practice and contract administration processes.
• Capable of independently managing QS functions within a project and demonstrating strong teamwork skills.

• Salary : up to S$6,500 / Negotiable + VB (salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
