Job Description:

• Position: Cargo Coordinator
• Company: Well-established public-listed multinational provider of integrated aviation services
• Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shifts
• Basic Salary: From $2,600 (commensurate with experience)
• Shift Allowance: Average $270 per month
• Joining Bonus: $5,000

Main Responsibilities:

• Handle cargo shipments within the warehouse manually or using forklifts as part of a team of Cargo Handlers.
• Verify cargo documentation and real-time data to ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Attend to enquiries from airlines, agents, and other third parties, and follow up on operational issues promptly.
• Supervise and coordinate a team of Cargo Handlers, ensuring cargo is loaded and unloaded on time and in accordance with all safety requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualification in any discipline.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
• Possess good supervisory and team coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and communicate effectively with airlines, agents, and other third parties.
• Willing and able to work permanent rotating shifts.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects.
• Possession of a valid Class 3 driving licence is an added advantage.
• Willing to undergo training and operate a forklift.
