Job Description:

• Position: Customer Service Officer

• Work Schedule: 6 Days Work Week / Rotating Shifts
• Basic Salary: From $1,800 (commensurate with experience)
• Monthly Allowances: Up to $600 (KPI & Shift Allowances)

Main Responsibilities:

• Greet passengers upon arrival and ensure a smooth departure process, including check-in and handling various flight and customer requests.
• Provide exceptional customer service in exclusive premier lounges, ensuring passengers enjoy maximum comfort while relaxing and unwinding before their flights.
• Welcome and assist guests through meet-and-greet services at the reception area, proactively attending to their needs and ensuring a pleasant and seamless lounge experience.
• Assist passengers with special needs, including those with reduced mobility, non-English-speaking passengers, and unaccompanied minors, ensuring their safety, comfort, and smooth travel experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE “O” Level or equivalent qualification.
• No prior experience required; comprehensive on-the-job training will be provided.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Pleasant personality with a cheerful disposition and strong interpersonal skills.
• Service-oriented, dynamic, and willing to go the extra mile.
• Able to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to service excellence.
• Basic computer literacy with the ability to perform routine computer transactions.
