Job Summary

Join as an Assistant Facilitator supporting training sessions that use interactive apps and games to engage elderly participants and caregivers, promoting cognitive health and combating dementia.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly participants and caregivers during training sessions to ensure active engagement and comfort
• Support participants in accurately completing feedback forms to gather session insights
• Provide clear guidance and encouragement during activities to enhance participant involvement
• Assist the main Facilitator on an ad-hoc basis to maintain smooth session flow
• Monitor sessions to ensure participants feel supported and activities run efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic familiarity with smartphones to assist participants with digital tools
• Ability to communicate in an additional local language to support diverse elderly participants
• Residing in west or north areas (CCK/Bukit Panjang) preferred for convenient travel to centres
