Assistant Facilitator (Caregiver & Elderly Digital Engagement Programme]

We are looking for volunteers to support the onboarding of digital wellness activities on tablets for individuals who are excited to work with elderly.

The program aims to reduce caregiver burden by providing accessible respite, therapeutic and digital wellness support within the community.

PAID Volunteer Role

Volunteers will assist participants with:

• Registration and onboarding onto the digital wellness platform.
• Basic tablet guidance.
• Navigating the online platform.
• Accessing and getting started with the available digital wellness activities.

No advanced technical knowledge is required. Volunteers should simply be comfortable using a tablet and be patient and willing to guide participants step-by-step.

Schedule

Monday to Friday

Available 2-hour sessions.

Participation is flexible and ad-hoc, depending on volunteer availability.

One volunteer is required per session.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers should:

• Open to all including retirees, stay home mums
• Have basic digital literacy and be comfortable using tablets.
• Be friendly, patient , compassionate and approachable.
• Enjoy interacting with and supporting members of the community.
• Be able to commit to the selected 2-hour session.
• Able to communicate with elderly and should be communicate in English and one local language to connect with the elderly.

A stipend will be provided, subject to completion of each 2-hour session.
