Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Site Execution (60%)

• End-to-End Project Oversight: Lead the planning, execution, and closing of multiple residential and commercial interior design and renovation projects.

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure construction, carpentry, and masonry works align strictly with approved design blueprints, structural layouts, and safety regulations.

• Subcontractor & Vendor Coordination: Source, negotiate with, and manage reliable subcontractors, carpenters, and material suppliers to ensure timely delivery and optimal cost-efficiency.

• Timeline & Budget Management: Establish detailed project schedules (Gantt charts) and strictly monitor budgets, minimizing material wastage and preventing project delays.

• Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase, providing regular progress updates, handling variations orders (VOs), and resolving on-site issues professionally.

2. Business Operations Management (40%)

• Daily Operations Oversight: Supervise daily administrative, warehouse, and logistics workflows to ensure smooth business continuity.

• Material Sourcing & Procurement: Optimize the company’s procurement strategies by leveraging technical knowledge of renovation materials (flooring, hardware, finishes) to maintain premium quality at competitive rates.

• Workforce & Administrative Compliance: Oversee human resource logistics, including scheduling site teams, tracking worker attendance, and ensuring compliance with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations regarding foreign worker permits, levies, and housing.

• Process Optimization: Evaluate internal workflows and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance team productivity and reduce operational overheads.
