M&E Manager_Construction new Condo_5day_Upto $10K+VB_A1 Main Contractor_Central

• Up to $10,000 Basic + Variable Bonus!

• Permanent position/ 5 workdays/ Central area

• Prior experience working for a main contractor is highly advantageous.

• Proven track record in building design and construction of high-rise condo projects is preferred.

• MNC & leading A1 main contractor!

Job Description:

• Administering the M&E documents and involvement in the tender for M&E contracts.

• Project management for overall Mechanical & Electrical works and daily site activities for the project.

• Coordinate with different departments on execution of various M&E installation works.

• Liaising with Clients, consultants, authorities, and all M&E Subcontractors to ensure smooth progress of the project.

• Liaising and coordinating with M&E sub-contractors to resolve design conflicts and other technical concerns.

• Conduct regular meeting with their M&E Team and site team to ensure smooth operation of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent

• Experience in large scale building projects preferred.
