Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise daily production workflow for signage fabrication, advertising displays, and large format printing​ jobs

Plan and prioritise production operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay across multiple concurrent projects

Oversee the production team in metal fabrication, LED lightbox assembly, lettering production, welding, neon-lighting, printing, laminating, and installation​

Allocate work schedules for operators, installers, and print technicians to meet project deadlines

Conduct quality checks and control throughout various stages of production — from pre-press file readiness to final finished signage

Ensure colour accuracy, registration, and adherence to client specifications for printed outputs

Manage material inventory, consumables (vinyl, ink, substrates), and equipment maintenance

Track production KPIs such as output, defects, wastage, and on-time delivery; ensure costs remain within budget

Promote safe work practices and adhere to all applicable WSH, EHS & PPE regulations; report incidents, injuries, near-misses to management

Requirements

Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience​ in signage manufacturing, large format printing, or related advertising display production

Familiar with signage fabrication processes​ (metal work, welding, LED, neon-lighting) and/or printing workflows​ (digital, solvent, UV, latex printing)

Basic understanding of WSH regulations​ and safe work practices in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills
