Technical Engineer (Tender)

Job Description

• Support the Technical Manager in preparing LTA tender submissions, technical proposals, and tender documents.
• Prepare and coordinate tender drawings, construction methodologies, work programmes, and technical write-ups.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, and requirements to ensure compliance with LTA requirements.
• Assist in preparing BOQ, quantity take-offs, and technical cost information for tender submissions.
• Coordinate with Engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to obtain technical information and quotations.
• Assist in preparing presentation materials and attending tender clarification or technical meetings.
• Conduct site visits and review existing site conditions to support tender planning and technical proposals.
• Assist in compiling technical documents and ensuring timely submission of tender deliverables.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction or civil engineering.
• Experience in LTA tender preparation is preferred.
• Familiar with LTA specifications, tender requirements, drawings, and construction methodologies.
• Good skills in preparing technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
