About this job
- Supervise and coordinate daily metal manufacturing and fabrication activities
- Review engineering drawings and ensure production meets specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with production staff on work arrangements and manpower planning
- Monitor machinery and equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Improve production processes, efficiency, and productivity
- Coordinate with suppliers on materials, equipment, and tools
- Conduct quality checks on manufactured products
- Prepare production and technical reports
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in metal manufacturing, fabrication, or related industries
- Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and with production teams
