Job Summary

You will design and build scalable, reliable software systems with a focus on full-stack development and AI engineering, including LLM applications. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver maintainable, high-quality solutions that meet modern accessibility and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable software systems to meet client and business needs
• Develop full-stack applications using modern technologies such as React.js, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Troubleshoot and debug complex system behaviors and logs to ensure reliability
• Build LLM workflows using retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), tool calling, structured outputs, agents, and human-in-the-loop patterns
• Develop evaluation pipelines using golden datasets, regression tests, deterministic evaluators, and LLM-as-a-judge methods
• Implement observability, monitoring, guardrails, fallbacks, and validation to maintain reliable AI systems
• Balance model quality, latency, reliability, maintainability, and cost in AI solutions
• Maintain automated tests including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing to ensure software quality
• Manage CI/CD pipelines and technical documentation to support agile engineering practices
• Communicate technical trade-offs and quality standards clearly to diverse stakeholders

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Knowledge of Docker, Infrastructure as Code, and Bash scripting
• Passion for building inclusive technology and applying digital accessibility standards
• Experience writing code compliant with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level A and AA
• Familiarity with assistive technologies and screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA, and TalkBack
• Willingness to learn digital accessibility regulations and best practices
