Temp PSA Admin - Eunos - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Location: Eunos

Salary: $10.50 - $13

Duration: Immediate – 31 March 2027

Working Days & Hours: 5.5 days (44 hours/week)

Mon – Fri: 8:00am – 5:00pm (8 hours/day on weekdays)

Saturday: 8:00am – 12:00pm (4 hours on Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform backend administrative duties such as appointment scheduling, pre-appointment instructions, follow-up calls, referrals to Specialist Outpatient Clinics (SOC), and data collation.
• Provide clinical support to medical, nursing, and allied health teams.
• Provide cross-coverage when required to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisors.

Job requirements:

• N / O / A / NITEC / Diploma in any courses
• Must be able to commit 31 March 2027
