6 months contract Finance Executive $4K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with fixed asset physical count, fixed asset tagging and reconciliation.
• Assist with inventory reporting such as inventory reconciliation, inventory count, inventory adjustments.
• Assist with business control assessment, and testing of controls.
• Work with external auditors on evaluation of controls and statutory audits.
• Assist with preparation of capital asset acquisition request.
• Support the finance teams with accounts payable related tasks.
• Support the finance teams with book-keeping and month end closing.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma, Degree, ACCA or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience in full set of accounts is required.
• Good knowledge of month end closing, reconciliations, GST, audit schedules, and financial reporting.
• Able to work independently and communicate well with internal stakeholders.
