Locum Pharmacy Technician (3 Months, Up to $18/hr, Clementi) #HJY

Location: Clementi (Shuttle bus from Jurong east Mrt)
Duration: 3 months locum
Salary:
- Pharmacy Assistant: $12/hr weekdays, $15/hr weekends
- Pharmacy Technician: $15/hr Weekdays, $18/hr Weekends

Working days and hours:
- 5.25 days, Mon-fri office hours, alternate sat half day (only if activated)

Job Description:
- Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking
- Process medication orders/ prescriptions in accordance to set standards
- Perform quality checks on picked medication orders/ prescriptions and pack for delivery
- Work with informatics team to ensure smooth implementation of IT and automation systems
- Manage inventory, including performing stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take
- Perform billing procedures for services provided
- Coordinate deliveries to healthcare institutions or patients, including reconciliation, handover and issue resolution
- Assist in general housekeeping and management of pharmacy consumables
- Assist in the implementation of quality improvement projects
- Assist in orientating and training new staff assigned to section
- Assist in managing operations in assigned section if appointed as team leader
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned, such as cross functional support etc.

Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science
- Open to start off as pharm assistant first before passing dispensing task
