Business Office Associate (Training Provided! Healthcare) – #HJZ

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day business office and administrative operations

• Handle data entry, documentation and record maintenance

• Assist with patient registration and related administrative processes

• Handle billing and payment-related administrative tasks where required

• Respond to enquiries and provide assistance to patients and visitors

• Perform filing, document processing and other general administrative duties

• Liaise with internal departments to follow up on administrative matters

• Assist with other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / NITEC in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration or a related discipline

• Candidates with administrative or customer service experience are welcome

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Meticulous, organised and comfortable handling administrative work

• Able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
