FAST HIRE | Mechanical Engineer – Building Services - #HJZ

Key Responsibilities

• Support the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems and services

• Assist with facilities management and engineering-related projects

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants and relevant stakeholders on mechanical works

• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure works are carried out according to requirements

• Support troubleshooting and resolution of mechanical and building services issues

• Assist with project coordination, inspections and site activities

• Ensure engineering works comply with relevant safety and operational requirements

• Perform other duties and ad-hoc engineering tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline

• Experience in Building Services, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) or Facilities Management

• Relevant experience in building maintenance, engineering operations or project coordination will be advantageous

• Good coordination and communication skills
