Weekdays (Monday – Friday)
8:00 PM – 11:00 PM / 12:00 AM
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday)
7:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Key Responsibilities
Provide nursing care to patients in their homes
Carry out nursing procedures and care activities according to patients' care needs
Monitor patients' condition and report any changes appropriately
Administer nursing care and support as required
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
Provide professional and compassionate patient care
Liaise with relevant healthcare professionals and caregivers when required
Requirements
Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) registration
Relevant nursing experience preferred
Able to work independently and travel to patients' homes
