3 Months Renewable Locum CSA – IPW / UHR Monitoring - HSN

We are hiring under Recruit Express headcount and you will be deployed to:

Salary: $18

Duration: 3 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide close observation and monitoring for patients requiring enhanced supervision.
• Observe patients and identify any changes in behaviour or condition.
• Escalate any concerns or unusual observations to the nursing team promptly.
• Receive training on the appropriate observation and escalation procedures.
• When enhanced monitoring is not required, assist with normal inpatient ward duties and Activities of Daily Living (ADL) support.
• Support the nursing team with general patient care and ward-related duties.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for patients.

Job Requirements:

• Nursing background is required.
