Overview

Lead strategic brand partnerships, collaborations, and licensing initiatives to drive brand growth, innovation, and cultural relevance. This role requires a commercially minded, creative individual with strong relationship management and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute partnership and licensing strategies to enhance brand equity and business growth.

• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships, collaborations, and licensing opportunities with leading brands and platforms.

• Conduct market research, analyze consumer insights, and monitor campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.

• Lead the development of partnership frameworks, best practices, and innovation initiatives.

• Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to develop and execute partnership campaigns and product innovations.

• Track and report partnership performance, including engagement, reach, ROI, and commercial impact.

• Support regional teams in adapting and scaling successful partnership models across markets.

Requirements

• Proven experience in brand partnerships, licensing, business development, or strategic marketing.

• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.

• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external partners.

• Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Passion for consumer trends, digital marketing, and brand innovation.

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
