M&E Coordinator

Roles and responsibilities:

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 Years of Local Experience with Main Contractor in both commerical and institutionl building Projects.
• Able to communiate with consultants and contractors on technical matters
• knowledge in local codes of practice
• Well experinced in making shop drawings.
• Experience in managing A& A projects independently
• Making Electrical plans and drawings.
• Overseeing Electrical Installation
• Troubleshooting Electrical Issues.
• Ensuring Electrical Safety
• Commissioning Electrical Systems
• Budgeting, Estimation, and Purchase of Electrical Components
• Testing and Installation of Systems
• General Electrical Maintenance
• Working on High-Voltage Lines and Equipment
• Daily site activities planning, preparing work breakdown, daily site operations,site coordination, monitoring and report work progress.
• Work closely with site foreman on project progress and ensure timely work arrangements.
• Attend weekly or monthly meeting on work progression and prepare monthly meeting progress report.
• Understand AutoCAD and CAD measurement
• Able to read and understand engineering drawings and specifications.
