What You’ll Be Working On

• Lead end-to-end product engagements — from discovery and strategy through to roadmap definition and implementation planning
• Align product direction with business goals, user needs, and technical realities
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, guiding them through ambiguity and complexity
• Champion modern product and engineering practices that drive measurable outcomes
• Mentor and grow product managers and cross-functional teams
• Represent the practice in industry forums, communities of practice, and thought leadership spaces

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 8 years product manager experience, with a track record of leading complex initiatives
• Strong systems thinking and ability to connect strategy to execution
• Deep fluency in agile, product discovery, user research, and iterative delivery
• Excellent facilitation and communication skills; comfortable with C-suite
• Proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build, improve, and create meaningful impact
