Responsible for delivering excellent customer service, preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the kiosk. The role requires efficiency, teamwork, and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries
• Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly
• Prepare food and beverages according to company standards and recipes
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation
• Replenish ingredients and supplies as needed
• Operate POS system accurately
• Process, card, and digital payments
• Maintain cleanliness of kiosk, equipment, and workstations
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain sanitation compliance
• Assist in stock receiving and storage
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages
• Ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO method)
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient service
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Follow company policies and operational guidelines

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
