We are seeking exceptional AI Mission Engineers tojoin our AI Mission Engineering Team – a specialized group of opportunityoriginators who discover, create, and drive AI transformationopportunities from problem identification through to measurable businessimpact.
As an AI Mission Engineer, you won't just implementtechnology – you'll own the entire journey. You'll work directly with clientsto uncover friction in their processes, create compelling business cases, leadproof-of-concepts, and stay engaged through execution to ensure adoption andvalue realization. You are the single point of contact who translates complexAI possibilities into tangible business outcomes.

Mission Engineers questionthe status quo, zoom in on root causes, build strong relationships across allorganizational levels, and filter signal from noise to highlight what trulymatters to business leaders. Key Responsibilities
- Opportunity Origination: Identify AI opportunities by deeply understanding client processes, pain points, and strategic objectives across your industry domain
- Problem Definition: Lead discovery sessions to define the real problem, not just the stated symptom
- Business Case Development: Create compelling burning platforms that articulate business value, ROI, and transformation potential
- Proof-of-Concept Leadership: Own POC/POV initiatives from scoping through execution, demonstrating tangible value
- Client Partnership: Serve as trusted advisor and single point of contact throughout the AI journey
- Adoption & Impact: Drive change management, user adoption, and measurable business outcomes – not just code delivery
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with AI Natives, AI Factory, AI Integration, and AI Institute teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Thought Leadership: Contribute to industry-specific AI strategies and share insights across the Mission Engineering community
Required Qualifications & Experience

Professional Experience
- Relevant industry experience in consulting, business transformation, solution architecture, or client-facing technology roles
- Proven track record of identifying business problems and translating them into technology solutions
- Experience leading client engagements from opportunity identification through implementation
- Demonstrated ability to influence C-level and senior stakeholders
- Background in change management, adoption strategies, or transformation programs is highly valued
Technical Understanding
- Strong conceptual understanding of AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic workflows, and analytics
- Ability to understand technical architectures (e.g., RAG, vector databases, LLMs) without needing to code
- Familiarity with AI use cases across knowledge retrieval, automation, copilots, and intelligent agents
- Understanding of data governance, AI safety, security, and responsible AI principles
