Indoor Sales cum Sales Coordinator

We are a company specializing in the wholesale and installation of sintered stone, with extensive project experience and a stable customers base. Due to business expansion, we are looking for a responsible and communicative individual to join our sales team.

Job Overview:
The company is looking for a motivated and organized sale representatives to join our team. If you are detail-oriented, have a strong sense of responsibility, and can handle a variety of tasks to support our daily operations, we’d love to meet you!

Job Description:

• Provide good customer service and assistance to all walk-in clients
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure the sales orders are fulfilled
• Coordinate with Outdoor Sales persons on all sales orders and enquiries
• Support Outdoor Sales persons in their absence, to attend to their customers visiting our showroom
• Coordinate with Outdoor Sales persons to prepare quotations and invoices
• Able to manage digital catalogue profile
• Able to update stock inventory
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Verbal communication in both Mandarin and English
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum "O" Level and above
• Possess at least 1 year working experience in renovation/interior design environments
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin (able to communicate with Chinese speaking clients)
• Proactive with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player and self-motivated individuals with a positive mindset
• Well groomed, friendly and engaging personality
• Able to work on Saturdays (6 days work week with one off-day on sunday )
