Accounts Assistant (Inhouse Accounting)

We are a centrally located recruitment and headhunting firm experiencing strong growth. As the company scales, we are looking to bring on an Accounts Assistant who can help support through the next phase of growth and development roadmap.

Duties

• Assist in full sets of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and month-end/year-end closing.
• Support accounts receivable, collections, credit control, and account reconciliations.
• Assist in monitoring cash flow, banking facilities, and ensure effective fund management.
• Assist in preparation of monthly financial statements, management reports, cash flow reports, budgets, and forecast analysis.
• Assist in preparing and submitting of GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Liaise with external auditors and prepare audit schedules and supporting documents.
• Handle general office administration and support day-to-day operational activities.
• Perform ad-hoc accounting, finance, and administrative duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum degree in Accountancy/ACCA or equivalent
• At least 1 years of relevant experience
• Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
