Senior / Nurse Manager (Central, Office Hour)

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior / Nurse Manager to oversee daily nursing operations and ensure quality care delivery within a healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate will provide leadership to the nursing team, support operational excellence, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day nursing operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead and supervise nursing staff to maintain quality patient care standards
• Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, nursing policies, and clinical protocols
• Support manpower planning, staff scheduling, and deployment
• Monitor nursing care standards and support quality improvement initiatives
• Assist in staff training, development, and competency upgrading
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient care delivery
• Support audits, inspections, and accreditation exercises
• Maintain proper nursing documentation, SOPs, and operational processes
• Assist Management with operational and nursing improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent
• Registered Nurse with valid Singapore Nursing Board practicing license
• Valid BCLS certification
• Minimum 3–5 years of nursing management or supervisory experience
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, or nursing home environment preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
