Project Coordinator (Construction, 5.5 days)

• Support end-to-end project coordination, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timelines are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Maintain proper documentation, records, and project files to support tracking and compliance.
• Assist with budget monitoring, resource planning, and flagging potential risks or delays for timely resolution.

Requirements:

• ITE and above
• At least 2 years of project coordination, project support experience in the construction industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication skills with experience engaging stakeholders across different levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic project tracking tools.
