HR Generalist & Expat management/ 5day/ $4K basic+AWS+PB/ Central/Jap MNC

• Up to $4,000 basic + AWS + Bonus + Benefits.

• Permanent role/ Hybrid/ 5 workdays/ Central area.

• HR Generalist with experience in expatriate management, including Payroll/ MINTS SAP preferred.

Our client, a reputable Japanese MNC and leading Engineering company diverse in serving clients in Industries from construction, real estate management, EPC, marine offshore, Oil & Gas.

Job responsibilities

• Provide support in the full spectrum of HR functions, monthly payroll [including expatriate], CPF contributions, bank submissions, Work pass application and renewal.

• Administer employee benefits, insurance, health screening and wellness programmes

• Submit IR8A, NS Make-Up Pay and government-paid leave claims

• Coordinate training sessions and HR activities.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or equivalent.

• HR Generalist with experience in expatriate management, including Payroll [using MINTS SAP] preferred.
